I created a .mod file in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod folder and i gave the path and name of my mod in that .mod file, like this: name = "My mod" path = "mod/mymod". I tried to follow the same folder structure as the game, so i created this structure: Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod\mymod\dlc\dlc030\eu4_converter\government_table.csv, i want to edit the government table, because i want more created vassal after the conversion, but i can set any value in that .csv file, the converter make the same number of vassals. :(zultannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27488238.post-42276460469644910472019-03-18T00:34:11.614+01:002019-03-18T00:34:11.614+01:00zultan: You can't edit it like that. The converter overwrites that with different logic based on institutions and regions (Iberia and Britain have highest weights, many regions get smaller boost) and country size, which completely ignores tags or cultures.

So if something Portugal, Castile, or England shaped exists after conversion, it has high chance of picking exploration regardless of its name.tawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16972845140253292628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27488238.post-55632272709402948742018-11-13T11:18:41.756+01:002018-11-13T11:18:41.756+01:00I am going to play as Byzantium, so it doesn’t aff...I am going to play as Byzantium, so it doesn’t affect me but if after conversion, England, France, Castile get their own national ideas, will they be prone to colonize the new world like they would as default in EU4? List of DLCs was in one of the headers on top of the save file.

Or you could mod the converter by overriding eu4_converter/sunset_invasion folder and eu4_converter/sunset_invasion_table.csv with something empty. Modding DLCs can be a bit awkward. I guess someone could just release a mod for that.

Last option is to run converter and delete all files related to new world, but that's quite awkward without a script.

Or as final option, you could enjoy fun special game with some different New World.tawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16972845140253292628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27488238.post-54441978140600556762018-09-20T17:05:46.557+02:002018-09-20T17:05:46.557+02:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02949397125841026326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27488238.post-9238550483607406812018-09-20T17:05:45.570+02:002018-09-20T17:05:45.570+02:00Is there a way to convert a sunset invasion game a...Is there a way to convert a sunset invasion game and have a normal new world in EU4?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02949397125841026326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27488238.post-90323632886154532222017-08-03T07:51:38.820+02:002017-08-03T07:51:38.820+02:00aight much thx

I have the latest dlc for both games. In my ck2 game I'd wiped out the orthodoxy and replaced it with nestorianism. However when I opened up the eu4 converted, although nestorianism was there, muscovy was also there with orthodoxy, which was not present in the ck2 version.
