The 1994 abandonware strategy game Kingmaker contains a hugely annoying "Leadership Test", which is supposed to test that you really have the paper manual around. There's probably a crack available somewhere, but I made a cheat sheet by screenshoting the game and some Ruby+ImageMagic scripts. Here it is, for all nostalgia gamers:

Awesome, thanks for the help. I was just about to give up on the game, the tests are so annoying.
Bless you, this makes everything much better
You've got some of the most helpful info around on this game, thanks!
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I downloaded the game, and got a uselessly badly scanned manual. However, even if you had the manual, the manual just gives you cute clues to the pictoral content!
THank you, thank you, thank you!
What a star you are. Many thanks indeed.
i love you. a lifesaver you are. just about to quit cuz every time i got a good game going it would throw me a castle i could not get
You missed Kenilworth, which is a orange-ish castle on page 35.
Anonymous: Dammit, and I thought I had them all. Fortunately there are multiple tries here.
Thanks!
Somebody should upload a better scan of the manual. But this is great - thanks!
Anonymous: These are based on game files, so I don't think you can get a better scan.
Thanks for the reply taw - I was referring to the manual. I meant a new scan of the manual. The current is in black & white and so dark that a person can't see the castle pics (just black boxes). But thanks again for helping with the cheat sheet. btw: I found a utility called Neverlock (nev_univ.exe) that can be used to disable the drm. After running neverlock in the game folder, you can enter anything at the protection prompt and it accepts it. Anybody can search on line for it if interested. Cheers! Mike
