Solutions to Kingmaker "Leadership Test"

The 1994 abandonware strategy game Kingmaker contains a hugely annoying "Leadership Test", which is supposed to test that you really have the paper manual around. There's probably a crack available somewhere, but I made a cheat sheet by screenshoting the game and some Ruby+ImageMagic scripts. Here it is, for all nostalgia gamers:

Awesome, thanks for the help. I was just about to give up on the game, the tests are so annoying.

You've got some of the most helpful info around on this game, thanks!

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I downloaded the game, and got a uselessly badly scanned manual. However, even if you had the manual, the manual just gives you cute clues to the pictoral content!
